Cars to be parked alongside tents

Max length of stay is 4 nights (i.e. Thursday until Sunday

All motorhomes, tents and campers to have left the site by 10am Monday

No music or loud noise after 11pm.

No metal tent pegs (this is a rugby pitch).

No chemical toilet waste to be emptied in the clubhouse toilets.

Dog friendly, but rugby players don’t like doggy mess!

Ludlow RFC will not accept any responsibility for accidents on site during your stay.

The ground is adjacent to a river and can represent a danger

Hard standing pitches are limited, available on a first come, first served basis.

No refunds will be given.

All campers to act in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and LRFC Health and Safety Policy and comply with LRFC Official’s requests and Guidance.
