Complete beginners take on eight weeks of free professional boxing training and then box an evenly matched opponent over three rounds, in 16oz gloves and head guards, at a fully regulated event in front of friends and family — raising money for charity along the way. Free training starts the week of Monday 28th September 2026 at Shropshire Combat Hub, Unit 29, Merrington Lane, Bomere Heath, Shrewsbury. SY4 3QL..
