An afternoon of entertainment and celebration for the finale event of Men's Shed Cross-Border Exchange!

We are delighted to welcome you to join us for the finale celebration of the Men’s Shed Cross-Border Exchange!

The afternoon will feature a special performance of ShedMan, written and performed by Keith Singleton. ShedMan is a cautionary and comedic tale that is guaranteed (there are no guarantees in life) to have you laughing and maybe SHEDing a few tears.

It tells the tale of John Courtesy. John was born on the island of Ireland, which is a great start in life as it is such a friendly place. But then why is John so lonely? Why is John, a friendly sort who is no trouble to no one, contemplating moving up a mountain so he can escape all that world famous friendliness?

Keith Singleton (Crookhaven / The Pillowman) took several trips to the Holywood Men’s Shed to research the play. ShedMan is Directed by Award Winning Director Patrick J. O’Reilly (The Man Who Fell To Pieces / Rhino).
