Ross Walters takes on a challenge like no other, to complete 16 full ‘Murph’ workouts in 48 hours!

Support Ross to raise funds for Momentum Fitness Charity and Solent Youth Action with 48 hours of Murph workouts!

Come along and complete the workout at one of 16 slots during the 48 hour period, starting from 9am on Friday 6th November through to 9am on Sunday 8th November. Slots will be every 3 hours and continue through the night too, so challenge yourself to one (or more!) of the available time slots and support Ross too!

For those unfamiliar with the workout 'Murph', it is performed as follows:

1 Mile (1.6km) Run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Squats

1 Mile (1.6km) Run

All money raised as part of this event will be split equally between Momentum Fitness Charity and Solent Youth Action.
