**Dance & Moving Meditation in Southampton — for ANY BODY** Come and dance 5Rhythms® — a moving meditation with no steps to learn and no experience needed. Simply come as you are and dance *your* dance alongside whatever is moving within you. Bring a water bottle, wear loose comfortable clothing, and prepare to move freely in a supportive, welcoming space. **What to Expect in a 2-hour class** We usually begin with a warm-up: breathing, stretching, dancing and moving in whatever way feels good for you in the moment. You’ll then be guided through a *Wave*, dancing each of the 5Rhythms: **Flowing • Staccato • Chaos • Lyrical • Stillness** At times you’ll dance alone, and occasionally you may be invited to connect — at a comfortable distance — with a partner or small group. There are no steps to learn and no way to get it wrong. This is an invitation to explore movement, presence, and self-expression through your own body, in your own way. No dance experience is needed — only a willingness to move and explore. This is an established class with a warm community and typically more than 30 dancers at each session. **Cost:** £20 - supporter rate (optional) £17 - Standard Rate for people in employment £14 - concessions .
