<h3><span class='BoldText'>The ‘Art Exchange’ group runs on the lines of a book club.</span></h3> <p>Jackie Dean, a local artist, will facilitate the group with members invited to take it in turn to discuss their favourite or influential artist or art style . Participants are invited from anyone with an interest in art, irrespective of experience or skills. The group is warm, informal and friendly with individual creativity encouraged.</p> <p>The first part of the group will involve an informal discussion with examples of the artist/art activity, the second part will be an opportunity to paint, draw, or create in the style of the featured artist. All art materials will be supplied.</p> <h3>The September group will be run by group member Ed Gray, and will be a Monotype self portrait workshop, with Matisse as an influence.
