The diploma is the UK’s leading part-time route into the residential surveying profession and is sought-after by surveying firms. This Level 6 (degree-equivalent) qualification is accredited by the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) and approved for Direct Entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). It’s also accredited by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), allowing you to qualify and start earning straightaway - no degree or relevant experience required.
