It’s a welcoming space to meet others, share experiences, ask questions and feel understood.
Sessions are facilitated by me, Kasia, an ADHD & AuDHD coach. There’s no pressure to talk - you’re welcome to simply come along and listen.
No diagnosis is needed. Just come as you are.
