Before he was an award winning stand up comedian, Danny worked on (almost) everyone’s favourite Christmas movie The Holiday. Twenty years later Danny found himself travelling to LA after a heart break.

For over 17 years award winning comedian Danny Ward has been delighting crowds across the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand with his unique blend of “slick, quick, funny material”.  He is the winner of the Ish Comedy Awards Panel Prize for his latest Edinburgh show as well as a recipient of the Victoria Wood Award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards.  A regular guest on numerous podcasts including WUYN, TVI and Insane In The Men Brain, Danny is also co-host of the hugely popular Jokes podcast where he and Mark Simmons speak with comedians and performers about their craft.  TV credits include The Football's On, The Rugby's On and DIY Pundit for BT Sports.  Danny is also an award-winning film maker and his documentary about legendary British comedian Ian Cognito is available across the globe on Prime Video.
