Gisoo Pasha Moghaddam is a chemical engineer and Senior Process Engineer at AstraZeneca, working in drug substance manufacturing at the intersection of sustainability and process improvement. Her career has spanned both pharmaceutical and FMCG manufacturing. She has led work on energy, water, emissions, waste and packaging reduction, turning sustainability goals into practical action on the ground. Passionate about the role engineers can play in solving real-world challenges, Gisoo is the winner of the IChemE YEAIS President’s Award.
