The Men’s Kuros at Wildwood are an opportunity for any man, in any walk of life, to strengthen body, mind, spirit and heart around the fire.

Since the dawn of mankind, men have gathered. To work together. To hunt together, to defend their land together. The modern world has fractured our fraternity and our bonds as men, and has tamed the wild instincts in us.

Kuro is the Proto-Celtic word meaning "circle of the clan".

The Men’s Kuros at Wildwood are focused around ancient conditioning techniques for body and mind - yoga, breathwork, meditation and contrast therapy (🔥 & 🧊).

We practice in a group free of competition, conflict or the need to "be" anything. Our collaborative interest is the freedom of each individual from whatever stops them from being able to be the fullest expression of themselves.

We temper our nervous systems with fire and ice, movement and stillness, sound and silence.

6pm - 9pm

Sauna + Ice Plunge in the woodland

Breathwork + Yoga Postures around the fire in the Tipi

Chanting + Meditation to clear the mind and deepen spirit

Food + Drink a cuppa and a simple vegetarian curry

Body purified and stretched, mind clear and open, heart and bellies full! The Kuro is a chance to hear and be heard. To support and be supported. To take your place as an equal.

Come join the Wildwood brotherhood - if you are new you will be welcomed and guided through every part of evening. No prior experience is necessary in any of the practices.
