About This Event

I am hosting a hands-on session here in Southampton for anyone interested in learning the basics of making sushi at home. Whether you have tried rolling before or are picking up a bamboo mat for the first time, this is a relaxed, informal space to learn how to prepare seasoned rice, handle fresh ingredients, and assemble a few classic rolls. My goal is to demystify the process so you can leave feeling confident enough to try it out in your own kitchen. We will keep the group small so there is plenty of room to work and ask questions as we go. You do not need to bring any specialized equipment, as I will have everything ready for us to use. It is a great way to spend a few hours meeting fellow food enthusiasts while learning a new skill.
