About This Event

Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who has dabbled in home cheesemaking before, I would love for you to join us for our next gathering of The Curd Nerd Cheese Making Club. We are heading into the kitchen to focus specifically on mastering the art of fresh mozzarella. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching simple milk and rennet transform into smooth, stretchable curds, and we will be walking through the entire process together step by step to make sure everyone leaves feeling confident enough to recreate it in their own kitchens. This session is really about learning a new skill in a relaxed, low-pressure environment. We will cover the science behind the stretch, the right temperatures to aim for, and how to shape your cheese once it is ready. It is a great chance to meet other locals who share an interest in traditional food crafts, swap stories about past kitchen experiments, and enjoy some fresh cheese while we work. If you have been looking for an excuse to get hands-on with a new hobby, I hope you will come along and pull up a chair. We have limited space to keep the instruction manageable, so please do go ahead and RSVP if you would like to be part of the group.
