We are delighted to host U.S based Mike Mitchell and his band at Chapel Sessions as part of their select UK tour!

The event will take place at St. Edwards Church, Grange Rd, Netley Abbey, Southampton, SO31 5FF. The venue is known for its cozy atmosphere and superb acoustics, ensuring an intimate and immersive experience for all attendees.

Virginia's Mike Mitchell Band features masterful fiddle work, strong harmonies, and rising young pickers. Their dynamic performances blend tradition, family, and original songwriting into a compelling, modern bluegrass sound. The band reflects Mike's passion for mentoring the next generation of bluegrass artists, carrying forward the style, discipline, and joy of traditional music.

The Band have been booked to play at Didmarton Bluegrass festival and will travel down to Southampton especially to perform for us.

What's the refund policy?

We are a not for profit series of music sessions so don't normally operate a refund policy, however if you have extenuating circumstances which mean you can't get to the Session then email us and we'll let you know if we can refund or give you a free ticket to another Session.
