Important booking information 🎄

A few things to know before booking your Christmas Eve experience:

Your booking time

Each booking is for a 1.5-hour sitting. Please arrive promptly at your allocated time so you can make the most of your visit.

We have no waiting area available, so please avoid arriving early. Your table will be ready at your allocated booking time.

We'll give you a gentle nudge 15 minutes before the end of your sitting so we can prepare the table for our next guests.

Please be mindful of your allocated finish time, as we have other guests booked in after you.

Late arrivals won't be entitled to an extension of their booking time.

Tickets & seating

One ticket is valid for one person. Please ensure you purchase a ticket for every guest attending, including children.

If you're booking separately but would like to sit together, please email us with the names on the bookings. We'll do our very best to accommodate this, although we cannot guarantee adjoining tables.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you're no longer able to attend, you're welcome to gift or transfer your ticket to someone else. Please let us know about any transfers in advance.

Unlimited drinks

Your ticket includes unlimited servings of tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout your sitting.

Chai lattes, matcha and other speciality drinks are not included but will be available to purchase separately.

Allergies & dietary requirements

If you have any allergies or additional dietary requirements that we need to be aware of, please contact us in advance at plantfacedcafe@gmail.com.

Please don't assume we have received allergy information unless we've confirmed this with you.

Parking 🚗

There is free parking available at the car park on Castle Lane, Hadleigh, or in the car park opposite Choice Discount Store. Alternatively, there is on-street parking available on some of the surrounding side roads.

Please allow a little extra time to find a space, particularly during the busy festive period.

We can't wait to welcome you for a little festive indulgence this Christmas Eve! ❤️
