Race Options:

Sprint Distance: 750m Swim, 20k Bike, 5k Run

Standard Distance: 1500m Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run

Aqua Bike Standard Distance: 1500m Swim, 40k Bike (perfect for those who prefer not to run)

Team Relay – Standard Distance: 1500m Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run (ideal for groups wanting to share the fun and challenge) – Min of 3 people

NEW: Duathlon: 2.5k Run, 20k Bike, 2.5k Run (a fast and accessible run-bike-run challenge – perfect for beginners, those short on time, or anyone wanting to race without the swim)
