A 24-hour fundraising takeover at TruGym Thorpe Bay — in aid of The One Love Project and South East and Central Essex Mind.

24 hours. One community. One huge charity event.

From 7pm Friday 4th September to 7pm Saturday 5th September, truGym Thorpe Bay is being taken over for 24 hours of fitness, wellbeing, challenges, food, music and fundraising!

Your ticket gives you full access to the club and facilities for the entire 24 hours, with the chance to take part in as much—or as little—as you like.

Take on the Ice Bath Challenge, join our incredible 24hr Spinathon, fuel up at the Midnight Feast with Prep Kitchen, or start your morning with Sunrise Yoga and holistic classes.

We’ll also be joined by special guests from Yoga Factory and Mayura Yoga Studio, bringing even more incredible sessions to the Takeover.

Then on Saturday, the celebrations continue with our family-friendly fair, featuring stalls, food, music, kids’ activities and an Old Skool Sports Day!

Whether you’re coming to challenge yourself, try something new, spend time with friends or simply support two incredible local charities—there’s something for everyone.

Non-members welcome.
