Join Mama Cacao for a fun, hands on, immersive chocolate experience where we will make chocolate from the cacao bean. Chocolate Workshop - An Introduction to the Art of Chocolate-Making Join bean-to-bar chocolate-maker and cacao farmer Juliet Davey for a fun, immersive, hands-on chocolate-making workshop. During this introductory workshop you will discover the ancient legends, vibrant history, and health benefits of cacao. You will learn to taste chocolate like a connoisseur, using a flavour wheel to explore the unique profiles of several fine, bean-to-bar chocolate bars. Then, it’s time to roll up your sleeves for a hands-on culinary experience where you will roast, peel, prepare organically-grown, ethically sourced Costa Rican cacao beans and craft them into two delicious recipes. You will go home with a PDF recipe booklet.
