Welcome to our next gathering of the Analog Cassette Beginners Social Club here in Harrow. If you have been curious about tape decks, whether you just picked up a vintage player from a thrift shop or you are looking to get back into the tactile experience of listening to music on magnetic tape, this is the place for you. We keep things very low-pressure and friendly, focusing on sharing what we have learned so far rather than acting like experts. The afternoon is meant to be a relaxed way to meet others in the area who enjoy the sound and feel of cassettes. We will spend our time swapping tips on maintaining older gear, discussing where to find tapes, and simply listening to some music together. You do not need to bring anything at all to join in, but feel free to bring along a deck or a tape you are particularly fond of if you feel like showing it off. It would be great to get an idea of who is planning to drop by so we can get a sense of the group size. Please take a moment to RSVP if you can make it so we know to look out for you.
