Immerse yourself in a Sound Bath at Gorhambury for deep seated relaxation.

The full spectrum of sound of the Symphonic Gong vibrates all the cells, bones and organs. Symphonic means that the gong is crafted to produce clear notes and harmonics which can be brought forth using different mallets and striking points, but it is not tuned to any one particular frequency. Each constellation of participants experiences a unique combination of tones, sounds and vibrations particular to them. We can experience healing at a cellular level to rebalance the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

Yoga is practised at your own discretion and within your own limits.

Is there anything you would like the teacher(s) to know in advance to support your safety and wellbeing during the class?

Are you currently pregnant, or returning to movement after injury, surgery, or illness? If you have answered yes to any of the above, please let us know prior to the event, by emailing us at admin@grimstontrust.co.uk.
