6 miles / 6 pubs. A running event with a difference. The event will take place on Sun 30th August 2026. 11am START. Limited to 120 people.

Welcome to the 6th St Albans Sixer. A running event with a difference.

The Sixer - 6 miles, 6 pubs

To complete this event you need to run (or walk / crawl) the 6 mile course around the streets of St Albans, stopping in the 6 allocated pubs along the route. Each runner will be given a drink of their choice at each pub (beer / wine / soft drink)

£40 per runner. Discounted for groups of 3 and 6.

Ticket price includes all 6 drinks, your own commemorative glass with at least £5 going to charity.

This event is limited to only 120 people.

You can run as an individual, team of 3 or a team of six.

Awards / prizes will be given out to the quickest male, female and team

Charities we are supporting will be announced shortly.

TIMINGS

Bag Drop and registration opens at Lower Red Lion at 10.00am. Please arrive in plenty of time to register and grab your first drink.

Coffee will be avaliable.

The route will be announced a few weeks before the event.

Refunds: We not offer refunds, transfers or deferrals for this event or any events linked. If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, family bereavement or jury service, you will only be eligible for a transfer or credit note on production of official evidence: Doctor’s note or equivalent.

Event Cancellation: If the event should have to be cancelled due to reasons beyond our control (for example – but not limited to – adverse weather, local or national emergency) entrants will be given a full refund or credit note for the value of their entry fee (minus the booking fee) to be used on any future event.
