Baby Café for our new parents in our community. Cuppa, chat, cooking demo and a talk!

Join other new or soon to be parents for a cuppa, great chat, a light lunch and to see how the Thermomix can help you.

Our Baby Cafe is a relaxed and welcoming space for parents and carers to come together with their babies, connect with others, and enjoy some time out in a calm, supportive environment.

A key part of each session is a practical Thermomix cooking demo, focused on making life in the kitchen quicker and easier. We'll share simple ideas for weaning, preparing nutritious meals for babies, and cooking healthy, family-friendly food without spending hours in the kitchen. The demos are informal, approachable and designed to fit around real family life.

Alongside the cooking, each Baby Cafe with feature and expert speakers from the baby and family world, who will share insights into their services and offer practical advice and support for parents. This might include topics such as feeding, sleep, wellbeing, or early development.

This week we have Lauren McQuade, Gentle baby sleep coach to talk about baby sleep 4m to 12m: the main assiciations and how to promote independent sleeping. And Sarah Yeubrey talking about pelvic floor and any ad separation with some gentle band exercises.
