About This Event

The Fussy Eating Workshop will take place on 14 December 2026 at the Newton Family Hub in St Helens. This workshop, part of the HENRY St. Helens Wellbeing 0-5 programmes, aims to assist parents in managing mealtimes with fussy eaters. Attendance is free.

This workshop provides support and new ideas for parents dealing with stressful mealtimes. It covers how to encourage children to try and enjoy new foods, along with information on child-friendly foods that support healthy growth, portion sizes, and creating happier family mealtimes.
