About This Event

The Women's Copper Cuff Workshop is scheduled for 12 December 2026 at Samnian in Newbridge, Penzance. Attendees will learn techniques to anneal, hammer, texturise, and form metal to create a copper cuff. The price for this workshop is £30.00.

Learn how to anneal, hammer, texturise and form metal to create your cuff

Using recycled copper & silver you will be taught how to anneal & work the metal to create patterns, texture & colour with the option to add small recycled silver additions.

Once your design is complete you will be guided on how to finish and shape your cuff before sealing the metal to retain the patina & oxidisation.

Your creation will be ready to wear home.

Locally sourced teas, coffee, beverages & snacks served.

Taught in small groups of 6 the workshop involves the use of blow torches, hammers & files. All materials & saftery equipment, including aprons, is provided.
