A Holistic & Restorative Sound Experience

Join us for an immersive gong sound bath on Wednesday, 7th October at the Chariclo Farmhouse in Gartocharn. The evening workshop is designed to create a peaceful space where you can fully relax, release tension, and quiet the mind. This session offers an opportunity to let go of daily stresses and drop into a calmer state of mind, body and soul.

The experience is particularly supportive for improving sleep, easing feelings of stress and anxiety, and releasing emotional blocks.

We will begin with gentle, nurturing movement and stretching to help the body settle and unwind. You’ll then be guided through simple breath awareness and mindfulness practices to become fully present and grounded. From there, we will begin with the sound journey - where all you need to do is let go and allow the vibrations of the gong to move through you and do its thing.

Please note:

•⁠ ⁠Gong sound baths are not suitable if you are currently using a pacemaker

•⁠ ⁠⁠Hearing aids to be removed before the gong

•⁠ ⁠⁠If pregnant, please consult a health practitioner before booking.
