Join the Staffordshire Green Network for the next Green Conversation event, discussing the value of volunteering for sustainability.

This session will explore how volunteers play an essential role in environmental sustainability - whether through environmentally-focused volunteer positions (like 'citizen science' roles), or as an unintended outcome of their volunteer position (for example, food bank volunteers contributing to the reduction of food waste).

We will also discuss how volunteering can encourage community members to get outside, engage with nature and their local green spaces, feel more connected with their local area, and ​have positive outcomes on both individuals and their communities.

This event is for VCSE organisations from across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. Don’t worry if your organisation is not sustainability-focused!
