So, what is an Art of Love Extended Sound Bath?

Instead of our usual 45 minutes, you’ll be immersed in a full 60 minutes of deep, resonant sound, more time with the gongs, more flowing water instruments, and even more opportunity to surrender into the experience. The complete experience being 75 minutes.

Delight in the ethereal vibrations and harmonies emanating from gongs, singing bowls, and a myriad of sacred instruments, all while cocooned in a hammock for total relaxation. This is more than just a mere relaxation session; it's a healing, holistic reset for your mind, body, and soul.

Sound baths possess the potential for profound transformation, as they resonate with every fibre of our being, reaching deep into our cells. Guiding you through this transformative experience is Carly, a seasoned practitioner with over a decade of expertise in utilising sound for healing and relaxation.

We eagerly anticipate sharing the profound power of sound with you. However, please note that this experience is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from epilepsy. Additionally, the hammocks have a weight limit of 200kg.

We have very limited spaces available, so please do book your hammock if you’d like to join us.

Please bring a pillow and blanket, or a sleeping bag is ideal. Your back can feel cold when suspended. Wear warm, comfy clothes. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. We begin on time, and no entrance will be given after this time as it disrupts the group.
