Celebrating one year of Men Rebuilding Men, connecting and growing stronger together online!

Celebrate the Men Rebuilding Men 1st Birthday!

On 29th November 2026, Men Rebuilding Men turns ONE! 🎉

What started with one simple idea in November 2025 has grown into a community of nearly 3,500 men — bringing men together, creating friendships and reminding people that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.

To celebrate an incredible first year, we’re bringing the MRM community together for a special alcohol-free family celebration, and partners and children are very welcome.

We’re planning an afternoon packed with live music, food, children’s entertainment, activities and plenty of opportunities to simply spend time together and celebrate what we’ve built.

💙 What to expect:

🎸 Live music & entertainment🍕 Food🏰 Children’s entertainment & activities🧸 Soft play🎨 Face painting🎂 MRM’s first birthday celebration📸 Photos & memories from our first year💙 Plenty of laughs, good company and community

As with everything MRM does, there’s no pressure to talk about mental health or share anything you don’t want to. Come along, bring the family, meet people and enjoy the day.

The event will be completely alcohol-free, helping us create a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone.

🎟️ Tickets are FREE

Due to venue capacity, every person attending must have their own ticket, including children.

If you book tickets and later find that you can’t attend, please cancel them so another person or family can take your place.

This isn’t just a birthday party.

It’s a celebration of one year of men showing up for themselves, showing up for each other and building something pretty special together.

One year. Nearly 3,500 men. One community.

And we’re only just getting started. 💙👊
