The day features keynote speaker: Helen Richardson-Walsh, Olympic gold medallist and 2024 MSc graduate, sharing insights on success in high-performing teams.

You’ll also hear fast-paced 5-minute lightning talks from MSc alumni, showcasing how they apply sport and exercise psychology in practice.

Interactive workshops will be delivered by expert staff, alumni, and partners, including Dr Martin Turner, Dr Andrew Wood, Dr Jamie Barker, and Jack McMillan.

Taking place on 16 September 2026 at our Stoke-on-Trent campus, with an online option available, the day will showcase leading voices in the field and the impact of our MSc community. Join us for a day of practical insights, networking, and inspiration focused on applying sport and exercise psychology in real-world settings.

To mark the occasion, University of Staffordshire is hosting a special event at our Stoke-on-Trent campus, with an online option available.This inspiring day focuses on learning, connection, and shared passion, bringing together leading voices linked to the MSc programme.The event has two key aims:
