One in four adults in England experiences mental illness in some form each year. Among young adults and children, rates of mental disorder are increasing particularly rapidly.

Come and join Revd Dr Steve Midgley to explore the complex relationship between our bodies and our minds and consider some medical and spiritual aspects of mental ill-health, which affects so many of us.
