Friday Night Rest & Reset sessions are a perfect way to end a busy week and unwind into the weekend as we bring ancient wisdom and modern science together, offering an experience grounded in the body's own capacity for balance, self-regulation and resilience.

You'll lie down, or sit if that's more comfortable, while instruments carefully tuned to resonate with the human body fill the room with sound and vibration. Sound has been used to influence the body and mind for thousands of years. Today, that history is understood and refined through modern neuroscience, physiology and psychology. Rather than being directed at any one part of the body, a sound bath works with your whole system, supporting a natural shift into a deep state of relaxation.

Those who have attended previous sessions describe them as “a profound and deeply meditative experience”, “both restful and energising”. They felt their body was “deeply calmed” and their “mind clearer”.
