📅 When?: Every Friday 5.30-6.30 pm
📍 Where?: 5 Back Norfolk St, Sunderland, SR1 1EE
🫣 Experience needed?: None at all!
👕 What to wear?: Ideally sports bra, a t-shirt, and shorts
