Come and enjoy a beer and cheese pairing session with Brewlab in our brewery taproom this Christmas!

Celebrate Christmas a little differently this year in our brewery taproom for a beer and cheese tasting session!

Led by master brewer Phil Douglas, we’ll sample and discuss a range of different beer styles and deliver insight into how they were brewed. We’ll also pair them with some artisan cheese and highlight why the flavour profiles match or contrast. Advance your beer knowledge and take away an appreciation of the brewing process! This is not just a treat for beer lovers – it’s an interactive journey through the science, story, and flavour of Sunderland’s best brews.

Each session is 2 hours in duration, depending on questions.

We include:

Welcome drink: Poured and served directly in the brewery taproom.

What’s on offer: Guided tasting of craft beers with an artisan cheese board.

Drinks: Includes five expertly selected half pints of Brewlab Brew’s finest craft beers, a complimentary glass of prosecco, and a choice of sloe gin or spiced rum.

Cheese pairings: Enjoy a hand-picked cheeseboard tailored to match each beer.
