It invites us to look beyond the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with something greater than ourselves, however that feels meaningful to you. Whether you experience that as spirituality, universal consciousness, nature, inner wisdom or simply a profound sense of peace, this chakra reminds us that we are never truly separate.

When this energy centre is balanced, we experience a greater sense of clarity, trust, presence and connection. Life feels less about striving and more about simply being.

When out of balance, we may feel disconnected, directionless, isolated or as though something is missing, even when life appears full on the outside.

Once everyone has settled into the space, we'll begin by introducing the theme of the Crown Chakra and gently preparing you for your experience.

You'll then be invited to lie down comfortably, close your eyes and simply relax.

Natalie will guide you through a deeply restorative hypnotherapy journey inspired by the qualities of the Crown Chakra, inviting you into a space of stillness, presence and profound inner connection.

Together, we'll gently release the need to strive, control or search outside of ourselves, creating space to simply be, trusting in the quiet wisdom that has been unfolding throughout your journey.

As the experience unfolds, live sound healing will weave seamlessly throughout the session.

Using carefully selected sound therapy instruments and frequencies that correspond with the Crown Chakra, the vibrations help deepen relaxation, encourage a sense of spaciousness, and support the gentle integration of the journey as a whole.

As the session gently comes to a close, you'll be guided back into waking awareness before enjoying time for quiet reflection and integration.
