Learn to ride classes are aimed at those who can balance but can’t pedal without stabilizers and are generally suitable for ages 5+yrs including older children and adults. It is usually taught after they’ve mastered a balance bike, although we can provide balance bike training as well.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own bikes where possible as it will help their future and continued development, however, we can provide bikes and helmets for the session if required. We have a range of bike sizes and a number of specialised bikes such as, balance bikes and bikes without pedals.
This session is designed around those who are not pedalling independently and will aim to improve their balance and confidence in the first instance but will also look to progress those who are ready to start pedalling.
