Property Investors North East - PINE is the largest property networking event in the Newcastle we hold a monthly property meeting and we also have a very busy whatsapp group with almost 200 members.

Our next PINE networking event is booked for Thursday 3rd September, 6:30 pm at The Mood Food, Birtley (opposite Casa Rosa). There is plenty of FREE parking, adjacent to the Morrisons across the road.

Introducing, Paul Wells, Paul began his property journey using a buy, refurbish and sell strategy before moving into single-let properties for professional tenants.

In 2017, he purchased his first HMO to increase the cash flow from his portfolio. The property produced around £1,000 per month, giving him the confidence to repeat the model and acquire larger properties suitable for HMO conversion.

Working with a trusted power team, Paul developed a process of acquiring, refurbishing, licensing and refinancing HMO properties, allowing him to recycle much of his original investment. As demand from local companies grew beyond the number of rooms he owned, he began working with other landlords and letting agents through management and corporate-let agreements.

Paul now owns, manages or has agreements in place for more than 50 units, with further properties in the pipeline. This growth enabled him to leave his corporate sales career and move into property full time.

Alongside growing his own portfolio, Paul coaches other property investors and works with selected partners through joint ventures. Property has also given him more freedom to spend time with his family, travel and enjoy playing golf.

Paul achieved much of this while initially running his property business part time alongside a demanding corporate career, demonstrating what can be achieved with the right strategy, team and determination - Paul will be sharing all of his learnings on knowledge with us on the 3rd September!
