About This Event

Breathe in. Breathe out. Shake it all about. Make animal poses and get silly. Enjoy some quality time outdoors with gentle stretches and mindful movement in this family-friendly yoga session, perfect for all ages, from toddlers to teens, parents and grandparents. Kalma Life brings a fresh approach to yoga by adding sensory play, dance, and games to keep kids of all ages interested and involved. Aimed at children aged 3+ and their families, but open to all. It's free, and there's no need to book; just come along on the day. There’ll be 30 spaces available; arrive early to make sure you get a yoga mat. The sessions will be outside, weather permitting; if needed, we will move inside the Whitburn Coastal Conservation Centre, and the hour will be split into two half-hour slots due to space constraints.
