AI - For Business and People

Most organisations already have people using AI at work, whether or not anyone has signed it off. This breakfast is a chance to share your experiences of AI use (or not use) with other employers on what that means in practice: where it's saving time, where it's quietly causing problems, and where people still need to make the call.

In the session we will be joined by Dan Kennedy of Second Reading, a people and culture consultancy. Dan will share his experience of creatively using AI in organisations focussing on where AI helped and where it shouldn't be used.

The session is for all people working with people. No technical knowledge needed: just bring your experience and your questions.
