Join Sound Bath Swansea for an intimate Immersive Breathwork Evening designed to support your nervous system and guide you back to a place of calm, balance and inner safety.

Using immersive headphones, carefully curated frequencies, guided breathwork and gentle somatic movement, this two-hour experience works with the body rather than against it, helping to release held tension, regulate stress responses and create space for deep restoration.

When we spend prolonged periods in fight, flight or freeze, the nervous system can become overwhelmed, leaving us feeling anxious, exhausted, disconnected or emotionally stuck. Through intentional breathing and nervous system-focused practices, we invite the body into a state of rest, repair and regulation.

Participants often report feeling:

To preserve the intimacy of the evening and ensure individual support can be offered throughout the journey, spaces are strictly limited to just 12 participants.
