Stop hiding them in pockets! A focused life drawing session dedicated entirely to the hardest part of the human body.

Welcome to Sausage Fingers Anonymous. We know your tricks. We've seen your characters with their hands conveniently placed behind their backs, shoved into deep pockets, or cropped out of the frame entirely. It’s time to stop running and face the phalanges.

Swansea Illustrators Club [SIC] presents "Just HANDS," a specialized life drawing focus session. Whether you draw spidery alien claws or chunky mittens, this is a fantastic place to learn, practice, and meet like-minded creatives in a zero-judgment zone. As an official AOI (Association of Illustrators) meetup, it's the perfect excuse to hang out, share drawing tips, and finally figure out how knuckle joints actually work.

When: Wednesday, 28th October 7-9 pm

Where: Elysium Gallery, Bellevue Way

Tickets: £8 for Non-members, £6 for Members

What to Bring: Please bring a sketch book & drawing materials

About SIC:

Swansea Illustrator’s Club (https://www.instagram.com/swanseaillustratorsclub) is a friendly, informal meet-up for illustrators in and around Swansea to connect, explore ideas, and find support. This meet-up is open to all illustrators - whether you are a student, a seasoned professional, or just starting out. It is a space to meet peers, share experiences, and get the creative juices flowing for the year ahead. These meet-ups are hosted by Tom Wolfe (https://www.tswolfe.com/).
