Join Welsh Athletics for a free evening 3K and 5K run in Swansea as part of Own The Night.

This October, we're bringing runners together to reclaim the streets, raise awareness and show that everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and seen while running.

Whether you're a regular runner, new to running, part of a club or simply want to be part of the movement, everyone is welcome.

We'll meet at BeerRiff Brewing Co before heading out together for a group run through Swansea.

Our runs are suitable for different abilities, with a no one left behind approach. Whether you want to run, walk or simply come along and support, we'd love to have you there.

After the run, stick around for a post-run social at BeerRiff Brewing Co. It's a chance to meet other runners, connect with the local running community and enjoy some good vibes after the run.
