The third iteration of Paella on the Patio arrives at Flynn's Delicatessen in Swansea for a forthcoming gathering focused on wholesome plant-based dining. On 17 September 2026, guests can enjoy a vibrant vegetarian paella featuring roasted seasonal vegetables, butter beans, peppers, saffron, and herbs, served either to dine in or take away. Tickets range from £18.04 to £33.22, offering access to this warm culinary celebration of colour and flavour. The event highlights the special quality of its ingredients within a relaxed patio setting.

Our third Paella on the Patio is a colourful vegetarian feast, filled with roasted seasonal vegetables, butter beans, peppers, saffron and herbs.

It’s cooked slowly so the rice absorbs every bit of flavour and develops that all-important socarrat—the deliciously crispy base at the bottom of the pan.

Join us for a laid-back Thursday evening on the patio, with Spanish wines, cold beers, vermouth and accompaniments available to buy throughout the evening.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Pre-book to dine in or order a plate to collect and enjoy at home.

Spaces and portions are limited, so advance booking is strongly recommended.
