A young girl lives with her family underneath another family’s home, til she is discovered by a boy who lives above them.

Beneath the floorboards of a beautiful country house is a hidden world where the Clock family live. They are Borrowers, taking things that won’t be missed, and living out of sight of the humans above them.

One day, Arrietty, a brave and adventurous young girl, is discovered by a human boy, and the two form a bond and open each other’s worlds to exciting new possibilities.

From Academy Award-nominated director Hiromasa Yonebayashi and the legendary Studio Ghibli comes this heartwarming adaptation of The Borrowers, offering a lavish cinematic adventure and their take on one of the most beloved children’s stories of all time.
