We will look at what are values, why they are important for any business, and how to ensure that your values are clearly articulated and give the message you want to clients and potential clients. There will also be the opportunity to do practice work on defining, or refining, or shaping how you put your values out there.

Caia Slater, founder of Partnering2Excel, has more than 25 years’ HR experience across different industries and set up her own business 5 years ago. She has a breadth of experience, including supporting founders to define their vision, purpose and values, shaping people strategy and leading the planning and delivery of organisational changes.

Lucy Maxwell Scott

Lucy Maxwell Scott has over 30 years consultancy experience, including organisation design and review, facilitating strategy and values development, leading change projects and a range of HR and reward support. Her personal values have led her to work primarily in the not-for-profit sector.
