At high tide, the adventure is non-stop: leap from a variety of jump spots (from beginner-friendly to big thrill), scale rugged rock faces, and explore hidden sea caves as the waves surge around you. At low tide, the route transforms. You’ll still get your jump fix at the start and finish, but in between it’s all about swimming through spectacular sea caves, discovering secret gullies, rock-hopping along wave-washed ledges, and maybe even a cheeky belly-flop or two.No matter the tide, Lydstep serves up a unique coasteering experience every time – packed with adrenaline, exploration, and unforgettable Pembrokeshire scenery.
