Join Us for Sound Therapy

You don't need to attend the full retreat to experience Cneasú.

Join us in The Lodge at Ballygarry Estate for a restorative sound therapy session and give yourself some dedicated time to slow down, switch off and rest.

Settle into the beautiful surroundings of The Lodge while sound and vibration create a calming and deeply relaxing experience.

No previous experience of sound therapy, meditation or retreats is required.

Just come as you are.
