About This Event

New for Truro Food Festival 2026, join Bango Kitchen for an intimate Pan-Asian Chef’s Table Feast inside the Chef’s Tipi on Lemon Quay. As the daytime festival winds down, the tipi will transform into an intimate restaurant for just 30 guests, with shared tables, a welcome drink and an incredible three-course feast. Bango Kitchen will bring their bold Pan-Asian cooking to the table, including a spectacular sushi sharing platter followed by Korean BBQ beef short rib, cooked over the Big Green Egg and served with ssamjang, sticky gochujuru rice, house-made kimchi, pickles and lettuce wraps. Dessert brings crispy sesame katsu banana nuggets, Treleavens ice cream, miso peanut caramel, Chantilly cream and double chocolate brownie. Come as a couple, gather some friends, or come solo and join us around the table.
