Accessible yoga class for the LGBTQ+ community, including trans, non-binary and gender diverse folks.

Introducing Queer Yoga Falmouth!

Every week, I’ll be teaching a class in The Convivial, for LGBTQ+ people, including trans, non-binary and gender diverse folk to practice accessible yoga in a safe group setting. Every class is suitable for all abilities and all bodies.

My aim is to deconstruct the yoga studio away from a heterosexual, able-bodied, middle-class, colonised space and towards a more community-based, accessible future. We’ll be learning together in small group settings, with just 6 spaces per class.

Tickets are free, with the option to donate what you’re able. All money raised will be re-invested in the group (e.g. equipment), or donated to local LGBTQ+ causes.

Please arrive beforehand 6pm, as we lock the door for safety. I’ll be there from around 5:30pm, so feel free to come by early and have a cup of tea!
