Join us for a psychoeducational and interactive workshop, designed to increase understanding of stress and its impact on wellbeing.
Stress is a normal part of life that affects all of us sometimes. Whether you do experience stress right now or want to be proactive in dealing with future stressors, this workshop can help develop a better understanding and equip you with tips and tricks to cope. We will explore how thoughts, feelings, physical symptoms, and behaviours are interconnected, while developing practical skills and strategies to manage challenges, build resilience, and improve overall wellbeing during difficult times.
