This is a free interactive workshop for those who are interested in exploring creative ways to stay connected to someone who has died. When someone dies this does not mean that your relationship with that person also ends. The session offers a compassionate and reflective space to reframe grief not as something to "get over," but as something that can include ongoing love, memories, and presence.

Individuals grieving the loss of a loved one, whether recent or long ago

An introduction to the theory of continuing memories and how it contrasts with traditional grief models
